Postcards from a Surreal Time (Cartoline In Tempo Surreale) is an illustrated project created during the 2020 pandemic with the writer Maddalena Giusto. Through the brief thoughts and daily fragments of a mysterious Milanese woman, the project captures the lockdown, evoking the days when postcards were sent simply to say, “I’m thinking of you.”
Originally shared as a weekly newsletter to a growing community of subscribers, the complete collection has since been published as a book by independent publisher Morsi Editore in October 2021
